Foods to prevent breast cancer in women

Some of the symptoms of this breast cancer are change in breast shape, dimpling of the skin, red or scaly patch of the skin etc.

Causes for breast cancer in women:
Some of the causes for breast cancer such as alcohol consumption, hormone replacement therapy, early age of first menstruation, lack of exercise, Obesity, Previous history of breast cancer etc.
Risk of getting breast cancer could be lowered by intake of certain foods. These foods are,
Consumption of green tea:
Green tea plays a major role in weight loss and it also provides us many health benefits. This green tea possess polyphenols and catechins antioxidants which protect cells from DNA damage due to free radicals.
Intake of broccoli:
Broccoli contains Sulforaphane compound and this lowers the number of breast cancer stem cells and it plays a major role in avoiding breast cancer in women. Consumption of half steamed broccoli or raw broccoli would be good for our health.
Consumption of plums, peaches etc:
Plums and peaches contains antioxidants which plays and important role in eradication the breast cancer cells. Polyphenols present in these fruits could also kills the breast cancer cells.
Intake of foods having omega-3 fatty acids:
Intake of foods which contains omega-3 fatty acids is good for our health. Fishes like sardiness, salmons are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. When foods rich in omega -3 fatty acids like fish oil supplements are consumed by women then risk of ductal carcinoma could be lowered. This ductal carcinoma is the common form of breast cancer in women is known.
